The Buffalo Sabres have been actively involved in the NHL’s free agent market, making a series of announcements regarding new additions to the team. Among these signings are forwards Jason Zucker, Sam Lafferty, and Nicolas Aube-Kubel.
Zucker, an experienced player with six 20-goal seasons under his belt, has agreed to a one-year, $5 million contract. Meanwhile, Lafferty has signed a two-year deal worth $4 million, while Aube-Kubel will join the team on a one-year, $1.5 million contract.
In addition to these signings, the Sabres have also acquired Beck Malenstyn from the Washington Capitals. Furthermore, defenseman Dennis Gilbert, a Buffalo native, has signed a one-year contract for $825,000. Jacob Bryson, another defenseman, has returned on a one-year, $900,000 deal.
