Fortum’s Chief Transformation Officer Bernhard Günther will be leaving the company at the end of the year by mutual agreement after driving changes towards clean energy implementation and efficiency and competence development for over nine months under Fortum’s Nordic strategy focus on clean energy goals in March 2023. With progress in implementing changes and improved business confidence across various industries such as consumer confidence reaching its highest level since Ukraine war start in Statistics Finland’s reportings, it seems that there is no longer need for separate Transformation Office leading to Günther’s departure from Fortum .
