In Los Angeles, Kato has been recognized as a rising star restaurant in the global hospitality scene. Kato, which is led by chef Jon Yao, has previously received a Michelin star in 2019 and is known for its creative tasting menu inspired by Yao’s Taiwanese heritage. Hopefully, this iconic establishment will be able to continue serving its loyal patrons in the future.
